We'd like to personally invite everyone to attend the upcoming Friesian Inspection in Arizona! We hope our excitement is shared with this amazing opportunity to spend a day with some of the best Friesians in the South West!
2023 AZ Inspection/Keuring
Date: October 12, 2023
Location: Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre
Follow steps below to sign up!
Step 1
Fill out the application below and remit payment to FHANA. All Horse Owners are required to be current members of FHANA. If you have more than four (4) horses to be inspected, use multiple copies of page two of this form. Please make sure to include the signed waiver with your inspection application.
Step 2
Fill out the entry form and follow mailing instructions on form. All Applications must be postmarked by Sept 8th. Applications received after Sept 15, 2023 will be accessed a $50 late fee.
Step 3
Remit appropriate payment to site host through one of the following:

Accomodations
RV Hookups are available on site at Horseshoe Park for $35 or the closest hotel is the Hampton Inn and is only a short drive from Horseshoe Park.
Veterinarian Services
Veterinarian services will be on call through Desert Mountain Equine (480) 294-7403.
Coggins & Health Certificate
Current Coggins and health certificates must be dated within 30 days of the event date. Copies may be submitted via email to amanda@arcolaranch.com or presented upon arrival.
*** Horses may not be unloaded until Coggins and health Certificate are verified***

Runners
Runners are available at a charge of $150 per horse, you will need to bring cash the day of the inspection for running services.
Stalls
The entry fee to site host includes a stall and two bags of shavings. Additional bags of shavings may be purchased at $11 per bag. It is the horse Owner's responsibility to bring feed for their horse.
Check In/Check Out
Check in time starts at 4pm on Wednesday October 11, 2023, all horses must be checked out by 8am on Friday October 13, 2023.
Inspection Day
Welcome packets including information on order of go, will be provided to horse owners. We will have volunteers available to assist and guide people throughout the day of the Inspection and answer questions.
Food & Drinks
On site concessions will be open for the duration of the event, numerous good restaurants are located a short distance away from the park as well.
